Really beautiful eco-lodge - beautiful surrounding landscape and a wonderful part of Fiji that's worth seeing - an opportunity to see something different than just the Fijian beaches. If you're looking for someplace high priced and luxury, this isn't it. But, it's beautiful for an ecolodge, the budget rooms are perfect for solo travellers, backpackers, and friends, and the bungalows are perfect for small families or couples. The staff are really friendly. The restaurant view is really nice. And right next door is the Colo i Suva forestry park, set for easy walking and cool, refreshing waterfall swimming. replyReply

What to Expect: Peaceful, budget accommodations in a beautiful setting. While this is called a resort, it could be more aptly described as a lodge. I stayed in one of the single rooms overlooking the lake, and it was simple, comfortable, and safe. The beds were great, and as long as the fan was on, it was a comfortable temperature. It's a bit nosey at night with the creaking of the floors and all the night time critters, but ear plugs worked just fine. The food was really good, and it's great that it was served for most of the day. Good prices too. But if you're looking for fancy accommodations, you'll need to go back to Suva or head further down the coast. As long as you appreciate the beauty of nature, and the helpfulness of the staff, you'll like this place!
